You are responsible for ensuring your contact lists and content comply with applicable email laws (including consent and unsubscribe requirements).

You may not use SendWell to send spam, phishing, malware, or unlawful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse or platform risk.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Fees are handled by Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law.

SendWell is provided "as is" without warranties. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
