SendWell processes account and contact data to provide email campaign services, including sending, analytics, and billing.

We collect data you provide (account profile, audience contacts, campaign content) and technical data required for operation (logs, device metadata, event telemetry).

We use service providers such as Stripe for billing and AWS SES for delivery. We do not sell personal data.

You are responsible for lawful collection and use of your contact data, including consent and unsubscribe handling under applicable laws.
